Richard Willerton: Head of Facilities Management

Meet Richard, a Senior Technical Engineering / Facilities Management professional with a wide range of experience managing diverse property portfolios and leading and directing engineering / facilities management services. Richard has led the development and delivery of structured, high value, capital investment projects. Working collaboratively across the property supply chain, Richard has delivered enhanced performance and safe working practices. An experienced health and safety champion, backed by a wide range of formal safety and technical qualifications, and working in engineering and property facilities management for Royal Mail.

Richard brings extensive experience of smart monitoring and reporting of critical BES assets, integration of electrical system monitoring utilising Micrologic control units, enhanced electronic circuit protection, comprehensive, integrated measurement, and preventive and predictive maintenance reporting. Richard has also delivered Automation and systems critical path analysis within complex critical buildings and introduced integrated conditional monitoring reporting systems to enhance fault identification and focused maintenance activities.
